On October 27th, the TAPS board reviewed the final documents regarding unification with the PIA. Below are the relevant documents.

Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2008
at Fort Worden. Members will recieve notice of the meeting at least 30
days in advance. Any voting items will be distributed to voting members at 30 days in advance.
Board Elections
Board Elections occur every year. Nominations are accepted until
February 28th 2009. Ballots will be distruted to members in the first
week of March. Voting ends April 10, 2009.
Board Members sit for 2 years.
In 2009, the following board members terms will expire
