TAPS is an affiliate of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). TAPS represents the concerns and interests of manufacturers and retailers in all matters concerning product and safety standards in the United States. ANSI Standards and safety warnings are the first line of defense in defective product litigation and failure to inform charges. TAPS represents the interests of the North American paddlesports industry in all matters relating to foreign product and safety standards through our ANSI affiliation.
