OIWC Announces Outdoor Industry Award Recipients |

Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition (OIWC) announces today that Paige
Boucher has been chosen as the 2008 recipient of the Pioneering Woman
Award, and Angela Hassan has been selected as the recipient of the
First Ascent Award. Both awards, specific to the outdoor industry, will
be presented during OIWC's Gathering, Friday, January 25 from 6-8pm,
during the Outdoor Retailer trade show in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Ontario Recreational Canoeing and Kayaking Association (ORCKA) has announced on December 31, 2007 a new Kayaking Program for Ontario Instructors. The Program as announced to ORCKA Members is being finalized for use in 2008 but the preview below has been sent to members and others to assist in their planning for the paddling season.
